NO SOUND TRANSFERS TOGETHER WITH THE VIDEO TO MY COMPUTER

I have a JVC GZ-MG330RU. I previously was able to transfer videos very easily to my PC. I have been working on transfering newer videos to my PC for the past couple of days, and the video portion transfers to my PC without the sound. I checked the audio settings....everything. I don't know what happened. HELP!!

What type of cable or connections are you using to transfer the video/audio to your PC? Is the cable new? Did it come with the camera? Any additional information that you could provide would be very helpful in determining what the issue may be. Thanks!!

This happened to me. I know the solution. I uninstalled everio mediabrowser program that came on cd with the camcorder. The result was that I could not hear the sound when I played my videos. If you install Everio Mediabrowser again, the audio will play.

Problems transferring video to pc

You can possibly search for the drivers to the hardware. You can search for the cd that came with the hardware or you can go to radioshack and ask a computer geek there they are always willing to assist you.
