Puk number is stored in Sim not in phone. It is given by the network provider. So you need to contact customer care number to get the puk number. Puk number is asked to you when you enter pin/pin2 wrong 3 times, and if you will enter wrong puk number 10 times your sim will be blocked. So be careful and ask your Customer care your puk number to reset your pin numbers.
