I have samsung microwave model MW830WA 120V 60HZ 800W, i want to use it in India how to convert the power supply,

What is India's voltage? watts doesn't matter and there may be a range on the Hz. Most likely if the voltage is higher you will need a step-up transformer - external. replacing the internal transformer is not recommended unless you know exactly what you are doing and have the correct one. Compare prices to a new microwave there. If you are very lucky there maybe a voltage switch on the back near the power cord.

My speakers just stopped working. No power when I turn know to turn on and increase volume

Ir you are lucky it will be your power supply that's gone dead. Use a volt meter to see if the power supply is working or try to find a power supply with the same characteristics (voltage, polarity and amperage). If that doesn't work, the amplifier may be busted. If so you'll need new speakers.

How would you know if power supply surged in my 110v toshiba e-studio283 because it might plugged into 220v by the operator?

Check the fuse. Normally, it would represent a dead set when accidentally plugged to a higher voltage. If you are lucky, the fuses will go off. On the power supply board, there is usually a filter stage and a voltage suppressor stage. The metal oxide varistor will pop or burn out when the appliance is plugged into a higher voltage.

Need a Acer p241w service manual

Suggestion take a look on the body of the old power supply and write down the voltage and amperage millie-amps or what ever and if you have some old power supplies from an old phone or what ever, match the values of it to your old power supply you might get lucky.

What will happen if inserted the 110v input d-link wireless router power supply to a 220v outlet? does my router busted or just the power supply?

Most likely you have damaged not only the power supply but also the D-Link wireless router unless the power adapter is a multi-voltage power adapter. Check the label on the power adapter and if the input voltage is a fixed 110 volt power supply you are in trouble.
You can try getting a 110v power adapter and connect it into the D-Link and if it works then you are lucky.

I have an wd 500gb external hard drive.it will not power up. i think it is the transformer does anybody know where i can get one or fix it?

With voltmeter, check voltage from the transformer if you think it is a power issue. If it is faulty, Radio Shack may have something with the right size connector and voltage. Ebay is another option. However be forewarned that MyBook by WD are known to blow up the drive controller board. My 500GB "World Edition" did so after 1.5 yrs. Drive spins but no access. Took controller board out and found burned chip pins.

I plug in my casio ctk-800 and it does not turn on when i press the on button

If you lucky, the power jack may be at fault since it switches from external to internal battery, but most likely the internal supply is what's damaged... IC regulator possibly. A quick voltage check with a volt meter at the power leads on the main board will verify battery or xfmr supply voltage, if voltage is present then look in close proximity for an IC regulator and check for an output.
