I have this remote but have lost the code book..i need to program magnavox tv for this remote...any idea where i can get the code or how to use the auto program on this unit
Turn on your tv manually. (without remote)
Hold on to the (tv) button and on/off button for the same time for 3 secs.
On/off button will light up.
Push on/off button until the tv turns off. (1x-10x)
Then push the stop button on the bottom of the remote to save.

Sorry the manual was not the correct one for this remote. I thought it would provide simular codes to your product.
Here is some helpful information I found:
Without the code on JER-323:
1.Manually turn on the component you want the remote to control.
2. Press the device button, example:( TV) and the (power button) for 3 seconds until the (on/off button stays lit).
3. Once the (on/off) button is lit, press the (on/off) button until the unit (the TV or unit you are trying to control.) turns off.
4. When the code is located, press the (stop) button at the bottom to save the code.
Here are some codes I found for the Jensen 323:
GE VCR: 2000, 2013, 2021, 2022, 2053, 2087, 2089, 2091, 2115, 2120
Motorola Cable Box: 5000, 5003, 5046, 5047, 5052
Mitsubishi TV 0093, 0150, 0178, 0019
JVC VCR 0067, 0041, 0008
JVC DVD 0558, 0623

1.Manually turn on the component you want the remote to control.
2. Press down and realease the device button, example:( TV,VCR,DVD SAT) on the remote. The red indicator light will blink once.
3.Press down and hold the SETUP key until the red LED indicator blinks twice, then release.
4. Enter the four digit code for the device. The LED will blink once on every digit entry except for the last digit, where it will blink twice to confirm that a valid code has been enterd.
5. Aim the remote control at the device you programmed and press POWER. If the device switchs off then you have programmed the correct code. If the device does not swich repeat step 2, using a different code.
