Hi there, there are ways of finding a copy of any MGS available, but they're by no means legal and so I would not advise u to use a torrent to find one as u probably also lack a DVD-Burner and a chipped(modified) PSX3 this information is of no use for u anyway. sorry!

uhhh, let's see, No internet connection, blocked account, banned account, banned ip-address. Just to name a few. A great number of ppl are being banned from PSN for cheating. I'm not saying you are, but try logging into PSN on your pc. It should tell you if you were. Good luck. ^^
At the top of the screen it should show the country that's selected which I believe is England. At the bottom of the screen it should say CHANGE COUNTRY. Press CHANGE COUNTRY and select Belgium.
If this is not possible you may need to download the map again. To download again log into myGarmin and click on the myMaps tab at the top of the screen. You should see the name of the map you downloaded and under it the word in blue DETAILS. Click on DETAILS and it will bring you to a screen where you get the option to download it again. Download and install it on your computer, rather than the satnav, and when it's completed click the start button of your computer. Go to GARMIN and then MAPINSTALL. When you click MAPINSTALL you start the process of installing the map to your satnav and get the option of selecting the part of the map you want to install. After installation you may have to change country again as in the first paragraph above. This should solve the problem.
Unfortunately when you reformat you can't recover your game save data. If you purchased and downloaded anything from PSN then you can re-download at no cost, once you have bought something from PSN its yours to download over and over again.
