Re: My eeepc right click pad button isnt working. The...
I am not sure how old you eeepc is, but the touch pads and it's buttons are a common issue. Try to buy a wireless mouse. it is much faster and easier and cheaper to fix. But if it is under warenty have it fixed. it just depends on your needs. A mouse will run you $20-$40 and the touch pad will cost you more $ or a month or so to have it fixed.

Hi, click on the "Start Button," next in the (right area) click on the "Control Panel." In the window there will be "listings" different categories; choose the "Mouse," from the "Hardware and Sound" click on it to open the next window. Next select the "Device Setting" button, once the window open, click on the "Setting" button just below the"highlighted" TouchPad, or Mouse. The area of your immediate concern is the "Buttons" put a [check] mark into "Enable" buttons. Try out some of the "items listed" Tapping, Virtual Scrolling... "You must click on the "Apply, OK buttons when finished." Note: Restart the computer; this will make sure the changes are correctly applied, and working properly. "Rating the solution will let me know if the problem is fixed, or you will need further assistance, thanks."
It sounds like your track pad is dying. This should not be a problem though if you have a USB mouse near by. Just plug the mouse in and it will work. Then navigate to the mouse and trackpad settings in the computer to see if a setting can be changed to get the track pad working again. Otherwise, just buy small USB mouse to carry around with your eeepc.
Make sure you have enough credit on your phone. Try turning off your phone, remove the battery, for 10 minutes. If that does not work, try deleting some of your messages.
Check to see if it shows up in device manager first. Once you click on it in device manager go to properties and see if you have any code error. I had a cod 19 on mine. I did exactly what they said and in less than 10 minutes I had my cds back. Good luck.
This solution is for the following error codes 31, 32, 19, 39 and 41 shown in device manager in device status.
If your cd or dvd drive isnt working properly but you can see it in the device manager, and it has worked before.
And if you have tryed uninstalling it, updateing drivers and so on and it hasnt worked?
Then I suggest you try remoteing the lower and upper filters from your windows registery as they most likely are the problem.
here are the instructions in plain text

In the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE folder, double-click the System folder. In the System folder, double-click the CurrentControlSet folder. In the CurrentControlSet folder, double-click the Control folder. In the Control folder, double-click the Class folder. In the Class folder, click to select the {4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} folder. In the right pane, click to select the UpperFilters registry value. Press Del / Delete to remove the registery entry. In the Confirm Value Delete dialog box, click the Yes button. If the left mouse button is not working, then it is most likely the microswitch in the button has failed. To fix, you will need to replace the palmrest assembly
It sounds like the preamp wire that carries the left channel signal between the HU and the 2ch amp has an issue. Here's two quick things to check.
Check that both ends of the left preamp cable between the deck and 2ch amp is not loose or disconnected.
Swap the left and right preamp connections at the amp. If the issue stays with the left channel, the issue is with the amp. If the issue moves to the right channel, the issue is with the preamp cable or the HU's preamp output.
oh you cannot navigate using Touchpad you can use "tab" key. if doesnt work also shut the computer by holding the power button about 5 seconds and restart the computer. If issue persist please post your question with model information of the computer, Operating system etc.
