If the breaker and on/off switch are both fine and you have full power to the house, there are a few other things you can try to troubleshoot the issue with your Miehle refrigerator and freezer. Here are a few things to try:
Check the outlet that the refrigerator is plugged into. Make sure the outlet is working properly and that the plug is fully inserted.
Check the power cord for any visible damage or fraying. If the cord is damaged, it may need to be replaced.
Check the temperature controls inside the refrigerator and freezer. Make sure they are set properly and not accidentally turned off.
If you have an additional refrigerator or freezer in your home, try unplugging it and plugging in your Miehle refrigerator and freezer to see if it is a problem with the outlet.
If none of these suggestions resolve the issue, it is possible that there is a problem with the internal components of the refrigerator. In this case, it is best to call a professional appliance repair service to diagnose and fix the problem.

Warning! To avoid personal injury or even death, always disconnect your appliance from its power source--that is, unplug it or break the connection at the circuit breaker or fuse box--before you do any troubleshooting or repair work on your appliance. Also, because some components may have sharp edges, use caution while working on your appliance.

if everything is out even the lights check the plug and make sure the fuse or breaker isn't popped, unplug the fridge and plug a lamp or something in there to check power,i've seen fridges on a gfi plug so check that too,but sounds like no power to fridge.next time send the full model number off of the machine,
Check fan in the freezer
Also check auto defrost (ice on the freezer coils anot allowing
air to the fridge.)
If so go to appliance parts store to learn the parts to fix auto defrost.

Depending on what is causing the breaker to blow will be important to know. Refrigerators do draw a good bit of power on a 20 amp circuit especially when the refrigerator goes into defrost. Refrigerators are made to run on a 20 amp circuit without other machines or appliances using the same power circuit. Circuit breakers weaken over time too especially if they have more than they are. rated for plugged into the same circuit. And your circuit may be doing its job by detecting an excessive draw of power when the refrigerator is plugged in. You must have someone that knows electricity to inspect your refrigerator for shorting and the circuit it is plugged to for correct wiring for every ones safety. Thanks, Sea Breeze
With the compressor running, open the freezer and listen if the fan is running. If it is not, replace it. Most likely, this is your problem.
If it is running, turn off the refrigerator. Remove the rear panel from the freezer. Inspect the coils. If they are covered in ice, let them thaw completely. This ice will prevent the freezer and consequently, the refrigerator from getting cold.
If the fan works and the freezer coils are not cold, then I am afraid it is time for another refrigerator.
