Does the pioneer sx315 receiver work with the samsung led?

The click you hear is the relays switching on the power amp outputs after the amp has successfully run its self diagnosis routine.

The Pioneer Sx315 is a very basic receiver. It does not have 12V switching relays for customer use. You need a higher priced model for that.

It depends what you mean by "audio"? Or more precisely what audio from where? For example if a DVD player is connected only to the Pioneer then when the power is switched off, the Pioneer can not route audio from that to the TV. The best way of connection is to have everything running into the TV and then feeding the audio out via an optical cable connected between the TV and Pioneer. This will send high quality sound to your receiver when its on, but allow you to watch and hear sound without it.

Pioneer Amp input is analog. if there is a headphones out

If you really need to use the TV digital out you may need a Digital

to Analog converter , to be connected on Pioneer XC L11 Aux Input .


Optical is Out only for that model.

If the power to the outlet is still good, then I would suspect the power amp IC or output transistors are shorted, keeping the power from coming on. It's also possible that one or more of your speakers are bad feeding back to the receivers output connectors, especially if you were running speakers with a different power rating or impedance that your set is designed for. close captioning on a tv is usually only available for use when the antenna inputs are being used. it has no way to process a cc from an auxiliary source. you should have the capability of cc with a menu item in the cable or satellite box and with the subtitle command in your dvd. good luck

SX315 does not havePHONO input, you will have to use external phono preamp.
