4-wheeler won't start

Is the spark plug black with soot?A black sooty plug will not fire most of the time.

Low voltage getting to the starter. Bad connections,battery or starter brushes.

then the carburetor jets are cloged up. take it apart and do a good cleaning on it.

Could be your starter, solenoid, or even a fuel pump/clogged lines or filters

My first point of call would be to clean the spark plug, it could have gotten corroded while the bike has been standing. Hope this helps.

The damage is already done before you put the fuel filter in. (dirt in Carb)
Remove your carb and dissesemble it and clean everything out and then put back on the machine with FRESH gas and you will be fine...run like a top !
