Hi, I have the Saeco Primea Cappucino Touch Plus , and it syddenly gives the error code 5 - Call assistance. I have just changed the primea Water Filter - same way as always ! What can I do ?

My Saeco Primea Touch Plus is stuck in milk rinsing cycle. HELP

I had that error too, the very first day after i received my Saeco Primea Cappuccino Touch Plus from Germany. The curiosity is that the machine was able to prepare a cuple of cups and suddently died with 5 in screen. Going to the service, they said that error 5 is about a lack of pression in pipes, probably due to the unprotected transport to Romania. I don't know if they fixed alsi some jonctions, but i had to pay for few rings. Everything took a day in service, but now is working fine. Hope it was usefull and my english enough inteligible.

The grinder motor is not working,,better to take it to the service center to replace a new one under warranty if the machine is new.

prime the machine they give a little pump in the kit remoe water tank fill pump insert it in the hole apply pressure it should prime itself try opening the side valve to vent the machine let me now pierre

Did you this steps?

Fill the tank with fresh water.
Let the filter soak for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes discard the water in the tank and refill with fresh water.

Place a container under the spout.

Press the cup button in the middle.(Filter on, yes)

Press the cup button again.(press ok, initialisation)
The machine initialises the filter.
Press the cup button again.(done initialisation)

Then press MENU repeatly. When the "exit" message is displayed, press the cup button. In this way, the machine ends the start-up phase.

The Primea do not have a float, it have a magnet and inside the machine there are a printed circuit card, this send a signal to the powerboard.
