No power at #10 on board - Televison & Video

What made you determine that it was at 10%?

Try this.

Your motor controller board has faulty power supply,
Board needs replacing.

Check connector P11 and SS11 and make sure they are not loose. If they check fine, disconnect the connectors from the power board and che connector P1 and P11 for shorts. If you found a short, then replace the power board. If no short, then check SS11 for a short and replace that board if needed.

Most likely is the power board,so I hope you got a good one! The next would be a short on the SC board. The main digital board could be defective in mis diagnostic. Disconnect the SC board and see if the blink code changes. if it changes,the main board is good. If you have a good power board,I vote for a short on the SC board to be checked

Blinking 10 times or what ever the blinks is,if is on the LED power light indication?Yes,this problems is not the tv Tuner signal board problems.It is the tv power supply board is the problems.Repairing this problems for a friend this by replacing the power supply board before it work.It also a Panasonic Virera Plasma tv too.Try website like Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

In my experience 8 out of 10 times blinking LED indicates power problems.

I don't have the service manual for your Viera to see what 10 blinks stand for, but if I had to take a guess it'll be loss of power somewhere, which means one of two things - bad power board or short circuit somewhere.

Open the TV, detach the largest/thickest cable going from the power board to another large board with at least one large heatsink on it, then power on again and see if the same 10 blinks show up or if you can power successfuly.

if you can chances are more than high your problem is in the power board.

That is without any particular knowledge of your particular TV model. That means I might be wrong and if so I'd be glad to hear where from someone with more knowledge or experience.
