Accidentally uninstalled Games directory, can I get a replacement?

    Did you (a) uninstall the actual directory, (b) the Stat Menu directory or (c) you have no idea?

If you accidently delete the games folder, you can restore it from the recycle bin. To do this double click on recycle bin then right-click on games folder and choose restore, it will restore it at its original place.

If it is not in recycle bin : you need other software to restore it. I can suggest "Active Partition Recovery" that also contains a file recovery application and is about 20.00$ you can download it on the web if you seach for in google.

May be the uninstallation was not perfect try removing any files related to the game manually(eg: save games etc)........Try re-installing the game to a new directory than the one you used first.........

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game - but use a different directory name than before.
Try making sure your video drivers and direct x is up to date

option1: you might accidentally deleted the uninstallation file. install the program again and uninstall it.
option 2: delete the program directory under program files

I accidentally moved my Rosetta Stone file to the trash and emptied it in an attempt to uninstall. However, when I went to re-install they said I can't because there's a newer version already installed....

open the trash folder, select the rosetta stone file(s) and click restore. You may need to select a unique directory to install the files to avoid conflict with the other version.
