You should be able to connect it using a usb cable that will need to be bought separately and a micro SD card installed in the phone. You should be able to buy any micro SD card up to 4GB. Also, if you buy a card with an SD adapter that will allow you to connect the SD card (with a memory card reader) to your computer without the additional usb cable. When you try to connect handset on your PC, the handset displays "Call and Message functions will not be available while connected to USB". 5. Once the USB connection has been established, the handset displays "To avoid data corruption always carry out safe removal hardware on PC after use." and the computer screen then shows the LG NEON device. when transferring media from lg connect to pc via usb cable switch connection setting on cell to sd card (you have bluetooth and data) data is the settings for the cell softwares

You can, just hook your phone up to your computer vie USB cord. When hooked in, open phone go to 9. Settings & Tools then 2. Tools then 9. USB Mass Storagethis will connect the mirco sd card. PC under My Computer>removable drive open you should have folders listed go to My_Music, drag your mp3's to that folder. If using a Mac it needs to be a new Mac to recognize the mirco sd card, do the same steps as above and the mirco sd card will show up on the desktop as a drive.

You must have bluetoot ready to use. 1. turn on the bluetooth for both devices 2. click name of your fone EG. Env359209483... 3. Click on browse device 3. Click on music 4. Make shure you have the album copy on your deskop 5. drag from desktop into music file

First you need 1 computer for transfer files.
Connect your LG Chocolate to computer with usb cable.
Then open my computer then open removable storage then copy files from it and paste in your computer in 1 new folder.

Then connect your LG Env3 to computer then open my computer then copy from that new folder then paste in removable storage .

in order to send photos,music etc to ur phone u just have to go to phone settings>connectivity>usb connection mode and select mass storage. then use the usb to connect the phone to the computer and that's it.

Hi, u should install the software provided in the LG CD itself. Once installed. activate the software pc suite. and also connect your LG phone via usb cable. You shouls see and indicated as connection ready. Select the option 'Content' under Tool, and u should able to carry out file transfer from there as usual way.
