This isn,t really a practical fix.
The Red Light Would indicate overheated Processor Or graphics Chip. No video out, would make the Graphics chip likely suspect. Due to the cost of X-Boxes these days.
My best Solution For you, would be to purchase a second-hand one, From e-bay. And keep yours for a Spare. it,s more cost effective. I,d also recommend going for a later model Crystal With The samsung DVD drive, they,ll read any Disks that you throw at them. especially useful if your going to do any additional works To It.
