It does not appear to be. The z-wave has a site that you can check, Neither carrier or z-wave show your model as being compliant. The industry is in a big dispute right now over protocols on home automation standards and it could be worth waiting it out..

SOURCE: carrier infinity control SYSTXCCUID01-B sensor communication erro

There should be a little black sensor bulb outside either on the unit normally under the electrical panel or inside it. It sound like the wire has come off or been disconected. It needs that on to properly run. Your control is trying to communicate with the outdoor unit and can not.

My new carrier infinity system control SYSTXCCITC01-B was working but now has a blank screen. How can I reset it?

I am assuming you have the new Infinity Touch control (black). If the screen is blank, you've either lost low voltage power (an issue at your furnace) or the unit isn't properly seated on the backplate. Pull the thermostat off of the wall and reseat it properly and if this does not work, you'll probably need a pro to come troubleshoot low voltage issues.

Why bose wave radio touch pad does not work ?

There's a setting to turn the touchpad on or off. Yours has probably been turned off. Here's how to turn it on.
1. Press and hold Alarm Setup (Menu) on your remote until -SETUP MENU- appears in the display.
2. Press Tune/MP3 until TOUCH PAD- is displayed (8 presses)
3. Press Time- or Time+ to select OFF or ON
4. Press Alarm Setup (Menu) to exit the menu, or simply wait 10 seconds.
You're done!

The best information you could get is from Carrier. Here's their website:

Touch pad keeps racing through temperatures

sounds like you need a new indoor controller. however, you should weigh your options as to what you will do next. if it were my pool, id purchase an Iaqualink board to replace the existing outdoor board. this gives you internet capability, your iphone, ipad, or desktop will now control your pool, and the Iaqualink will control a variable speed pump, for future installations. or, if you just want to fix the problem, buy a new indoor controller.

I have the carrier infiniti system. When my thermostat reaches the set temperature it doesn't always shut off. I shut off the main control to let it reset. It works for a while and then it starts

Carrier Infinity system is a variable speed unit that will just slow down as it approaches set point. Unless it overshoots the set temperature (you have it set on 72 and the temperature keeps rising above 72) this just sounds like normal operation.

Cannot operate touch control pad

Hi,
Your control pad has gone bad and you will need to replace it... it is easy to replace, just make sure to mark your wires before removing so you can get them back where they belong...
