On your "My humminbird" page you will find free software updates for your particular unit.
download the latest update to an SD card and follow the instructions for the installation process.
Hummingbird systems have the ability to turn off pages so they will not be displayed. On your main menu look for the "views" tab. Scroll down to the sonar view page and see if it shows visible or hidden by that page. If it says hidden, select visible and you should be all set.
I would check my connections on my power source and make sure I have 12 volts. If you have 12 volts on your power cable then I would contact our customer service group. They will glad to help you out. Our number is 800-633-1468.
Hello! I do beleive the issue with your sounder is the internal power circuit. The job can be completed for abour $50 at either the Humminbird factory or one of the service centers in Canada.
