Ok, this is common for most cordless sets, all the cordless set needs to do is to be re-booted. Like a computer.
-> I want you to gather all the cordless phones that do not work, and remove the batteries. -> Go to the base station, where the telephone cable plugs into, and I want you to unplug the power there too. -> Now re-install the batteries for the cordless phones. -> and now plug in your telephone base station.
This resets the phones and you should be able to get your call display back, unless your phone(s) are cooked -or- the display died.

Problem with Starting, Samsung SCX-4521F. always show in display ,Warmingup please wait, printer triying to starting, main moter working, but faild,.
There is a problem with the cardrige.

1. Press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in sequence rapidly. The LCD panel should now display TECH.

If problem persists, there may actually be a problem with either the toner cartridge or the SCX-4216F.

If fuse blown error shows, fuse (1.6mamp) if it replaced to (0.5 amp) then it works.
change the fuse with (0.5 amp).
If it doesn't work try this:
From Samsung site:

2 Press MENU, and then press ENTER. The LCD panel will display Tech Mode.
3 Press the left arrow (4 Press ENTER. The operator panel will display [YES].

6 To exit TECH MODE, press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in rapid succession, as if you were dialing a phone number. The operator panel should no longer display TECH.


Then you don't need to use fuse after that.....
