I have some of these phones that do not work, is there some sort of hard reset that I can try on these before I go thru the hassle of trying to get a rep to warranty or replace them. Thank you for any help you can give me.
The Mitel IP phone downloads its firmware from the 3300 ICP on startup, You need to spesify what the phone is doing, ie does it start up at all or is the phone Dead,
If the phone does start it might have the wrong settings in the phone preventing it from finding the 3300 ICP, There is a Default to factory setting by interupting the phone on bootup.

what type of phone ? if its an iphone just plug it into the computer and itunes will reset it. also you may try a hard reset on your phone let me know what phone it is ill walk you thru it
This sort of problems are often associated with a firmware or system error. It is common mostly when your phone is experiencing some sort of error. To solve this problem you might have to do a complete reset or format of your phone memory. If you want to continue with this, follow the instructions below. oft reset code *#7370#
Hard reset code *#7780#
If the hard format code mentioned aboive does not work, try the
following manual method to hard reset/format Nokia N95:
+ Turn off the mobile device.
+ Press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer
button, the "*" button, and the number "3′ button.
+ While holding these buttons, turn on the phone and keep holding the
keys untill the mobile phone restarts and prompts you to enter details. Remember that before you do any of these on your phone, you have to back-up all your information on the phone as they would be gone by the time you are through. Hope this was helpful? Hi,
If this issue hasn't sorted out yet, as a last resort do Hard Reset.. you will lose all data, the phone will be reset to factory settings

Try a reset. Hold down the power key at the same time as the round home key until
phone powers down. Release buttons only when you see the apple logo,
then wait a min or two for phone to re-boot. You will not lose any data on the phone.
If this does not work, try an actual system reset. Sync iPhone to computer to back
up essential data ie contacts apps etc, then go to settings general and reset. Reset
all settings as a last resort. This will give you a fresh start and should sort out
the majority of any bugs the phone has. A resync with you computer will restore apps etc.
Hope this helps and if so please vote.
Thanks
Jim
