Likely that for some reason the Xbox is having a hard time reading the disc and it is spinning the drive trying to search for files on the disk. If you aren't having the same issue with other games then recommend to resolve this issue then simply install the game onto your hard drive and the game will then only need to be accessed for verification only and the game will be played off your hard drive and not your disk drive. It seems that you can only download games from internet. As soon as you click on java app/game file link in the browser. The Java install options appears and the app/game is installed.
I tried all ways to install games from PC to cellphone. But so far I am unsuccessful.
