This message happens even at startup. I've tried changing the resolution and frequency settings and changed my video settings in bios to 128mb. I also tried hooking it up to another desktop (HP) and that computer beeps like crazy at startup. I haven't tried out a new cable yet, but I did ohm the pins out. Not sure what else to try unless I need a new video card. I'm running an AMD 900mhz processor with 1gb ram. Windows XP Home edition. Currently using a CRT monitor that works fine. Thanks

Go into your "Device Manager" in Windows and find out if your HDTV monitor is still installed. Delete the settings under the monitor tab and reboot the computer. With any luck the reboot will cause Windows to re-detect your current monitor and install the proper settings. A similar process may need to be followed with your video card driver as well. CAUTION: Make sure you have a disk or some means of installing a copy of your video card driver before you delete out the currently installed one.
Hope this helps!

Hi
Start the computer in SAFE mode. F8 before Windows starts. Once in SAFE mode change the screen resolution to 600 X 480. Do this by right clicking anywhere on the desktop. Once done then reboot into normal mode.
Testimonial: "Very detailed yet very concise and reader-friendly response, and in less than 4 hours! Unbelievable."

the monitors resolution range is only to 1280X740 or 780
and your video card may also need an upgrade.
The game may require a higher resolution that is not compatible with the the devices mentioned.
