If it is working in safe mode I assume it is safe mode with networking. In that case the wireless radio is enabled and on. When you reboot in normal mode you need to check that wireless device is enabled and the radio is in the on position. Also that the driver or software that you have controlling it starts up with windows. I always use windows wireless zero config. and can always access its service from windows service platform. I find that third party software like Linksys and belkin take too much system resources and take too long to do the same job. If you are not sure look at your task bar when it finishes booting and see if it shows the small gray antennae icon, that is windows wireless zero config...but if there is third party software controlling the card it will be there too. Shut off the third party software, go to control panel > administrator tools > Services...scroll down the list (maximize the page for better viewing) and near the bottom you will find the services that run the networking. See wireless zer config and look to the right and make sure it is set to automatically start and that the service has started....if not double click on the whole line and from the new window that pops up you can change the settings. make sure to hit apply and click on start to get the service started.

Laptop toshiba can't find my wireless router realtek rtl8187b wireless 802.11b/g 54mbps usb 2.0 network adapter

Try checking your computer's driver. Right click on Computer. Go to Device Manager. The device drivers are listed in the device manager. Drivers are used to make your computer parts communicate with the operating system. If it has a problem, then the part won't work.

Check for your wireless driver - update it. If no go, then try turning off your wireless adapter in your computer and turn it on. Check = if no go. Try going to safe mode with networking.

To go to safe mode. Do the following:

1. Restart your computer. While it's starting or booting, keep tapping F8 until you see the options to go to safe mode with networking. Use the arrow keys to highlight safe mode with networking.

2. Let your computer start in safe mode. Check if wireless is working fine.

If you want to avoid this kind of problem in the future or if you want to make sure that your computer is running well, then install Radarsync.

My keyboard in my revo rl100 doesn't work

Sounds like the battery in the keyboard is dead. Also make sure you have the wireless doggle that came with the keyboard and mouse plugged into the usb port. You might try plugging it into another port.

I'm thinking your keyboard is dead because of the battery or a virus has hijacked your keyboard.

Try booting up in Safe Mode to make sure it's not virus related. Turn the computer off, then turn it on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFE MODE. Select the Safe Mode option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will look different because the icons are bigger and the screen is darker, this is normal. If your keyboard works in safe mode then you might have a virus that can't function in safe mode.

did it work?
What has changed?
Try staring in safe mode to see if it works
If you have a wireless keyboard, then check the batteries and push the connect button.
If it did work and stopped working, start in safe mode and do a system restore back to when it was working.

Hi, my WNA3100 Wireless adapter does not work with windows 7, tried reinstalling the drivers and it still does not detect it, tried in my laptop wich has XP, works perfectly. How can I resolve this...

I did this and it worked for me.

*do not connect device to computer yet

**uninstall any previous versions of the software

1. run WNA 3100 v1.1.3.22 setup in normal mode, do not connect device when it asks you to

2. restart computer and boot up in safe mode (hold F8 after turning on comp before windows logo comes up)

3. once loaded in safe mode, connect wireless device, let windows install it

4. once done, start computer in normal mode

Try this, start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.

Frozen cursor

do you have a wired or wireless mouse?
Have you tried attaching a different mouse to your computer?
What is the brand name of your mouse?

Try booting your computer in Safe Mode. To do this, after turning on the computer, press F8 button several times. You will see a screen that will ask you to boot normally, boot in Safe Mode or boot in Safe Mode with Network Connections. Select Safe Mode.

See if your mouse works then.

Check back with me for further help, if needed. There are additional things you could try.
