I have placed washing in front loader and closed door. The door clicked shut as per normal. turned knob to ''cool wash'' and pressed ''start/pause'' button. The machine then clicked twice (the same sound as when the door clicks shut. It will not begin wash. It just clicks twice and then flashes ''end''. can you help me and tell me what is wrong with my washing machine?

It appears your timer/main controller/CCU has failed in this instance.

try the following
unplug machine from power socket
leave unplugged for 5 -10 mins
in mean time open pump/ lint filter flap (bottom right)
drain via little hose or open pump housing screw( if still full of water)
check and clean filter.
replace close flap
plug in machine
set to a short cycle
press start
should start within 1-2 mins if not may need a service technition
