It sits on the ground spinning in circles what can i do to fix this i did crash it so would it be covered in warranty? if not what can i do or what parts do i need?

i have a heli and the tail rotor will spin right but not left .... im having problems with my silverlit nano copter the tail ...
Probably the best way to learn to fly is to find a group of like minded people locally and ask their advice. ... The tail rotor should rotate so that the blades come 'up' towards the front of the heli. ... We are a family that bought one of your helicopters. We immediately had a problem, the top rotor stopped spinning after a crash. We found out that when the helicopter crashed I wasn't paying attention(I am 10 years old)and I was still pushing the throttle while it was on the top rotor. Big mistake,when I tried again it Didn't lift off the ground. We then put crazy glue in between the top rotor and the shaft and tried it again. It worked! Both rotors spun! Good luck!

Hi This type of helicopter uses a fixed pitch blade. Have you recently replaced one or all the blades? If the blades are correctly positioned then once the motor comes to speed, the pitch of the blade creates enough lift to overcome the force of gravity. The problem you're having can only be that the motor is not coming to speed or the blades have been replaced but the pitch is now at the wrong angle.
If you trimmed your heli but it still can't work, try using the direction knob to trim it instead. When it goes clockwise push th knob leftwards and hold, and vise versa for anti-clockwise. Or, push and release repeatedly in the direction mentioned till it flies straight. Tested on around 6 air hogs helis and works each time. If you still can't trim you might try it after turning it off or contact the service centre.
There is a "trim button" on the controller. Ex: if the helicopter is spinning left, press the "R" trim button repeatedly. Takes a little practice to get it down to flying with out hitting anything. Good luck.
