Have you checked Amazon's Kindle Support page? You may need to contact them to get help. There may be something wrong with your kindle. Make sure other things can connect to the wireless such as a laptop.

There might be the ip conflict with your wifi device. Just Reset you wifi and your Kindle Device as well. This may be work for you You can ask for the help from Kindle Support Kindle Technical Support Registration 877 690 9305
