I have paid with M/C but I cannot use Netflix. What is the problem?

    Hi June Burrows, I want to help you with your question, but I need more information from you. Can you please add details in the comment box?
    we are not NETFIX.
    we can not admin your accounts there (illegall to do or try....)
    why not click netfix.com and click contacts and read what to do, there is 800 phone too.
    you can even call them. and they answer.
    using TV or PC, phone smart.
    we can not guess how you use NF.
    ever.
    posted here 10,0000 time now...

There's no relationship between Netflix and Amazon Prime whatsoever. If you subscribe to Netflix everything listed is included in your monthly charge. If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, some videos are included with your membership and some you pay for. Two totally separate companies.
