G'Day, I am having trouble with media player,the sync has stopped working. When I drag & drop music into the sync panel the start sync button does not light up. I am running vista and recently did an upgrade, after which it worked fine then for no apparent reason stopped working. The other thing I should mention is the computer downloads the software of all the devices I try to sync to. Can you help please. Arthur Tully.

Sir try to download the latest version of Windows Media Player at this site
www.download.com and search for Windows Media Player
After that try to sync again
