Here is the answer! Press the INTERCOM button one time.
The INTERCOM display will show on the screen.
Use the UP or DOWN arrow button to select the HANDSET number.
Press the MENU/SELECT button to ring the HANDSET selected.
Press the END button when done talking

The manual is of no help. It says, "Press "Intercom/Clear", & select the handset you want to talk with or "All" to page all handsets at the same time." However, when you press Intercom/Clear, there isn't any option for paging, "All" or another handset. I've tried pressing, "2" and "#2" but nothing happens. [My model is D1483/D1484]
You can use many different apps just like Intercom. Some of them are Intercom Competitors.
Since you neglected to specify the model of your Uniden DECT 6.0 phone I can only suggest you select it from the list beginning here to download a copy of the manual.
To make an intercom page Press "Intercom/Clear", & select the handset you want to talk with or "All" to page all handsets at the same time.

DECT 6.0 is not a model number, it's the generic name for the cordless phone technology in use. So I can't give you a more specific link than this one, which takes you to Uniden's download page for manuals. Pick your model from the list, and the manual will explain the steps you'll need to follow. Your phone's model number is on a sticker normally found on the rear or bottom of the base unit.
