First replace fuel filter in the gas tank you will need to fish it out with a coat hanger bent on the end to replace if that still does not fix your issue carb needs to be rebuilt

It is a fuel / air problem. Do you have a primer bulb, did you replace it and put it in the right way around arrow to the carb? It is a known issue. There are lots of help online and there are some videos below..

sounds like a plug problem, pull the plug and check the quality of it, also check the gap. also are you useing the correct gas oil mixture , with fresh gas.
