The heating element has blown - this has happened to mine on 3 occasions all covered under extended warranty - regularly occurs about once per year. Now hear is the interesting bit - do you have a microwave near the unit ? If so move it because our Bosch engineer said that the microwaves can have an effect on the unit. If it is true then I will know next year about this time !
