Bearings were damaged in a CNC machine...machine is of DALHPIH and we issued the bearings from the company but they not working properly

Its video processing section has damaged. It is fixable. The section can be replaced as card basis. No repair to it is possible, as the components in it are fixed with CNC machine. OK.

The damage to the machine needs to be looked at to see if it can work ok or needs repairing.
Why was the repair man so expensive ?
Maybe get price of another repair company ?
only you can decide wether you want to do job yourself or to get new machine with warranty.

Check the bottom of the until and make sure that your bearings are working properly and that they are not stuck. This could also be a brake issue holding the tumbler from working correctly remove the back panel and look for any damage and wear on the machine
