I am in need of a driver for the above digital camera to download on my computer. It is a Compaq Presario with Windows XP.
Winzip is free, its an evaluation program that works after its expired.. or you can use 7zip which is free all together.. or generally speaking goto download.com or cnet.com or a similar site and search under utilities (usually) and look for "zip" then check off the option to show only freeware and there you go.
I don't have winzip on my comp, so how could I still download the drivers without winzip?

I have both the manual and driver. I also have a firmware update to make it 1.10
It says Traveler but this camera was made under at least 2 brands from
the company in China. Optimus and Traveler. Both are part number
16-3899 but are model DV-5040
