Hi,may be your battery is empty and cant get the charge from the battery charger,if your cell phone has replace battery bay change the battery(if it works ,your battery is Ruin if its not working yet you have problem with battery finder and charger circuit ),if it contain built in battery like IPHONE you must get your phone to an certified expert to repair it for you

Move contact to home screen android
It should be a function native to android unless zte has disabled it. Remember you can add them to speed dial and favorites so they are on the top of your contact list and add your contact list to the main screen. I know samsung makes it easy to do whith their "easy" mode.

How do i do a hardfactory reset? on my zte pro max?
  1. Back up data on the internal memory.
  2. With the device turned off, press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.
  3. Press the Volume down button to highlight wipe data/factory reset.
  4. Press the Power button to select.
  5. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until Yes -- delete all user data is highlighted.
  6. Press the Power button to select.
  7. Wait as the device resets.

ZTE Max Pro 981/ Cracked my screen a few weeks ago. Now I can not get the phone to come on at all and does not work with charger plugged up either. Less than a year old. Any ideas.
Hold the power button in while plugging it into the charger !!! It's happens to my phone 2x's , and it's been the fix both times.

My zte left top corner touch screen wont wont work, do i have to replace the lcd and touch creen
The digitizer is behind the screen. It is worksall of the touch features. It is having problems reading info in the corner. I think amazon or ebay could support your phone. Unless the screen in cracked , it should be good. Without the digitizer a screen has 0 touch reading feature.

try to dissembly the device and unplug screen (LCD) and plug again then check if solved (90% cases it helps), if problem persist show some official repairer to check or change LCD.
