Start at the link above, enter your model number in the box near lower part of screen, you will then be asked to verify by clicking it on the next page.

When you have done this, the next page should default to a choice of "body parts", see if your rack roller assemblies don't appear in the list you will find there.

I did this and seemed to work well at finding the upper and lower rack assemblies. ( I am pretty sure you have to buy assembly and not just rollers.

Hope this help.

Is it possible to get new upper and lower racks for this model - if so what is the cost and how do i order?

Hello Adriana;

My name is Peter. I am a retired field service appliance technician.

The model number you provided does not sound like a model number. Your model number is located on a label on the face of the dishwasher after you open the door or on the side of the door.

Go into the following website and put in your model number. You will get diagrams, part numbers and cost.

Record the part number and search the internet for a better price. Even discontinued items are available on the internet.

On my model #EW30EW65GS3 in the self cleaning cycle even tho I removed all the racks & the rack supports it keeps flashing remove racks

Hello. From what you're describing, there might be a problem with the rack switch. It is connected directly to the main oven display board at connector P10 for a single oven(See pic 3, left side, middle). On the double oven model, there will be a P12 connector near the same area. TURN OFF POWER TO THE OVEN BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO CHECK ANYTHING!! On the double oven display board, there will be a connector P10 and P12 for the upper and lower oven racks. The part number for the main oven display board is 7316516536 in case the switches are good. The rack switch part number for the upper and lower oven is 7318903403. The part number is the same for the switch in the single oven model. Note the designation on the exploded parts diagram as 14(with a circle around the part). I've included the last pic(the oven relay board) just for future information. The part number for it is 7316443919(dual oven relay board). If you are hesitant about attempting to troubleshoot the oven, definitely call for service! This can be an INVOLVED REPAIR requiring advanced troubleshooting. The connectors on the circuit board can be damaged easily as they are multi-pin devices. You will need a voltage/ohm meter with fine probe tips to perform continuity checks on the rack switch(s). I hope I helped you!

How to replace the top rollers on a GE dishwasher model # gsm1800nww

Lower Rack

  • Remove all of the dishes from the lower dishwasher rack.
  • Pull the lower rack out of the dishwasher so that it rests on the dishwasher door.
  • Lift the lower rack up and out of the dishwasher.
  • Place the new lower dishwasher rack on the dishwasher door, then push it into the dishwasher.
  • Upper Rack
  • Remove all of the dishes from the lower dishwasher rack.
  • Extend the upper rack as far as it will go.

Remove the two plastic end caps, located on the end of each dishwasher arm. To remove, insert a flat-head screwdriver between the arm and the tab on the outside of the end cap, then lift the tap to remove the end cap.
Pull the upper dishwasher rack straight of out the arms to remove.

Insert the rollers on the bottom of the new upper dishwasher rack into the rack arms, then push the rack completely into the dishwasher.
. Align the end caps with the ends of the arms, then push the end caps into place.

I have a GE profile dishwasher. The wheels on the lower rack have all come off and I can't seem to get it back on. On some, the piece that snaps to the rack is either broken or melted off somehow. Do I...

You just need the wheels. I have bought the upper rack wheels before, now I need the lowers. I have found a site selling them at 10.00 each. I am going to keep looking, I think I can do better, considering I need 4. I might just buy a new washer if I have to spend 40.00 plus shipping! I will post back if I find a better deal.

GE Adora Dishwasher Upper Rack Binding Issue

I have a GE Profile model PDW7800.... and just replaced the rollers on one side since one of them had broken. There is a 'magical' way to reinstall the rack so the side guides ride inside the roller guides without touching. I suspect that the rack has not been reinstalled in the precise manner - which I am still trying to figure out. The new roller assembly which attach to the rack fit differently than the original ones. I found that you do have to remove the rollers screwed into the wall to get the glides out and that could also cause rough gliding. Part of the 'binding' is designed, I believe, to keep the racks from coming out too easily.
