Bought car from a friend, XM working great--factory radio. When their XM subscription ran out, we contacted XM and opened our own account- paid with our credit card--in good standing. Have called XM tech several times and they have tried everything and believe the problem is our radio--but it worked up until the time the previous owners' subscription ran out.
Channel 1 Preview is loud and clear and so is the Emergency Alt. channel.
XM has refreshed and de-activated and re-activated our signal at least 10 times over the past few weeks with no luck.
Any ideas?
