Officejet j5780 turn off and turn on again(message in espanish)

There is a message in my printer, turn off and turn on and it repeats constantly, I had luck a couple of time but it is not working any longer, please help

If you unplug it for about 5 to 10 minuets it will reset it also reboot the computer befor u plug back in the printer. this should help you out if not let me know the message it is putting up and i'll try to help you better

When you turn it off, count to thirty-five (35) slowly before you turn it back on. This will give the printer's memory a chance to empty completely. If you turn it off and on too quickly then you might get some garbled message.

Kindly install the scanner software for printer the driver software cd just re install it will install the scanner software and make sure in device manger there is not other usb device listed if it is there just remove it. And refresh it in will automatically install the driver.

have you installed the printer software?if you have installed the printer software then try scanning using the printer.there should be a message there that would say that it is scanning or not. if theres an error message leave a message again

I have an hp officejet j5780 all in one and am struggling to get it setup for the 1st time. Installed cartridges & following the alignment procedures. 1st part where it prints from the bottom tray is fine...

Normal 0 Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

This is the only way to force the HP designers to think, what a genie they were but I think it is better to fire them ...
