Ok here's a try at getting it out.
Sol1
Take two sewing needles and slide each one each side of the broken key. Go into the sides at an angle to 'nip' the broken piece and gently but firmly try to pull it out.
Sol2
If you have super glue and the remainder key section you can try to reglue the ends back together. this will only give you adhesion to remove the broken part out not a permanent fix. put glue on part you have and never too much as to seal the lock.
Sol3
Try tapping the reverse side of the lock with short sharp taps to encourage the stuck part to dislodge out, enough to get hair tweezers to pul out the stuck part.
Sol4
You need to remove screws from handles and faceplates and remove to revieal the lock. dismantle parts and keep them in removal logical order. so they can be replaced back in reverse order.
