hi, you have to count the number of blinks, this signifies the error. the interpretation of these codes is widely available on line so you should be able to diagnose the issue and possibly repaier it.

4 blinks is according to the manual... POR bit / +8 V protection

In other words the 8 volt DC power circuit is going into shut down, so you would need to troubleshoot that part of the power supply

First of all, thank you for posting your question here at Fixya.

4 blinks on Panasonic TH-50PZ80U is an error code for faulty P- board (power supply board). It will encountered once the P-board gone to malfunction.

My first advice is to unplug the unit from the outlet for at least one hour and then check if the error code remain the same. If yes, you have to replaced the P-board to resolve the issue. Click it HERE to order online. Please double check the actual part/board number of your board, it is printed on the board itself, this is to ensure you will get the right board for your unit. P- board is where the power cords directly connected.

Replacing this board is not technical, let the unit unplug from the outlet overnight to drain any voltages from the power supply board, open the rear cover. Pull-out the connectors, unscrew the defective P-board, put in the new board and replaced the connectors and ensure that they are properly seat-in. No soldering required.

9 blinks means "Panel Configuration SOS". The fault code points at a problem with either PSU or digital board.
