If Verizon is your cable provider, I assume you have their cable box - unless you have TiVo. I also assume that, either way, you should have been given a corresponding remote, and not have the need to use a universal. Finally, I am assuming that a "Pandigital KTC" is a television. If it isn't, excuse me and disregard my answer. If it is, get a remote from either Verizon or TiVo, whichever is the case.
Good luck. . .
I don't know if all codes are the same. Comcast Cable gave me a list of codes for their universal remote for their motorola cable boxes. For Sony tvs it says either 0000 or 0111. I still use all 7 of my remotes. Universals are basically only good for power and volume. I need the other remotes handy to enjoy the other functions of my system! Anyway, hope this works 4-u and that you get better use out of it than me.
check all the fuses especially the pico fuses on the D board as the led should at least light up if the fusese are all good, then the set should throw an error code when you try powering it up. Let me know if you need more assistance
If Flash Focus doesn't work, change out convergence IC's first ( STK392-560 X 2 ), then activate Flash Focus. Can you please describe what you are seeing as a problem? Then I will help with whatever you need.......T.
