Check the needle inside the k-cup holder to ensure it is not clogged. You can completely remove the k-cup holder by pushing up from the bottom (where it dispenses into your coffee cup). Then rinse it out with hot water using your kitchen sink sprayer. The manufacturer also recommends inserting the tip of a small paper clip into the needle to push out any debris if needed. Then replace the k-cup holder by aligning the arrows and snapping it back into place. Next try to brew your regular cup of coffee and see if that fixed the problem. Hope that worked for you...Best of luck!
If your brewer is not brewing the full amount selected, it may be caused by the following:
?· The exit needle is clogged by coffee grounds or cocoa mix. Please refer to the K-Cup Holder cleaning instructions.
?· The brewer may need to be de-scaled. Please refer to the de-scaling instructions.
?· The removable water reservoir was removed during brewing. Place the water reservoir back onto the brewer and perform a cleansing brew without a K-Cup.
First try to make a descale maybe repeat it the next day.
