My lanier 7345 was working fine & I put in a new toner & now it only says 'call for service'. Help! We are teachers w/a broken copier at school & at home & we can't get our work done!

Hello sir; To read the service code , just press "8" and "clear/stop"in differen time, normally you can reset by turn machine off and on.

Lanier 335c toner won't load

If the toner hopper assembly is not broken the mylars inside of it have fallen off over time. The toner supply unit needs to be replaced.

Lanier 5227 add toner message

I take it you have installed a new toner???? Do oyu know the last time the drum & developer unit was replaced?? It is sold as a unit with the developer in the unit. It is a customer part to replace. If these parts were replaced resently, the problem could be in the toner holding unit that you put the toner bottle into... There has been some up dates to that unit > they improved the fin's that moves the toner into the developer unit... Good Luck

Ricoh Aficio SP 4210N- Code SC 543

This is a common error code for Ricoh copiers, Savin and Gestetner copiers that need service. Recently Ricoh has purchased Lanier and now is naming all their new machines Lanier instead of Gestetner, Savin and Ricoh. However, the copier service error codes have remained he same.
When you get this copier printer service code it means the fuser or fixing assembly (same part) has thermistor problem. The copier fuser's thermistors help regulate the temperature of the fuser assembly. The fuser assembly on all copiers including Canon, Kyocera, Ricoh, Sharp and other brands is the part that melts the toner onto the page.
Getting back to the repairing the copier on Ricoh, Savin, Lanier and Gestetner models that have the fuser or fixing code error. The majority of the time the fusers' thermistors (Middle and read) need to be replaced. Just cleaning them will not solve the copier repair service code.
It is usually, depending upon the machine, its a 1 to 2 hour copier repair job because the copier repair service technician will need to dissemble the fuser, insert the two new thermistors, re-assemble, reset the error code and test the copier machine repair. Also, ask the copier technicians to to do a copier cleaning maintenance while on site.

Were does the developer go. Inside the Developer MOdule? in a certain place? Or does it get put into the toner container?

The developer is not a toner. It goes in the developer unit, it is installed by a service rep. You need to empty out the used developer & install the new bag of developer & rest the counter & set the developer up to add toner when needed. To make a long story on developer short > it is made up of iron filings & it holds the toner on the developer make roller to make a even coat of toner on your paper... Good Luck..... Just to let you know your copier is a Ricoh and it is a dul component copier

Savin 3510 add toner ,new toner in machine

THIS PROBLEM ALSO OCCUR IN RICOH AND GESTETNER/LANIER AS THEY SHARE SIMILAR OPERATING SYSTEM. WHAT YOU CAN DO IS TO CHECK THE TONE HOPPER OUTLET ,SOMETIMES IT IS BLOCKED BY MYLAR COVER WHEN YOU REPLACED THE NEW TONER..YOU JUST TURN THE TONER BOTTLE/TWIST A BIT AND YOU CAN SEE THE TONER WILL COME OUT FROM THE HOPPER OUTLET. IF NOT TRY TO FIX THE MYLAR COVER.
THE SECOND PROBLEM IS BLOCKED TONER INLET IN PCU .YOU HAVE TO TAKE OUT THE PCU & CHECKED THE TONER INLET,SOMETIMES IT IS BLOCKED BY SEAL OR THE JAMMED INLET CLOSURE MECHANISM AND IT CAN BE REPAIRED IF YOU HAD THE EXPERIENCESD SERVICING THE PCU. GOOG LUCK

Lanier ld 228c says printing will begin after warm up, but it never warms up. Tech says hard drives are bad and need replaced. he put new ones in but still did not correct problem.

Check and measurement the fuser unit components(heater lamp,thermistors and thermalswitch) and check the toner quantity in the copier.If not toner the machine not start to working.

Lanier LW324 waste toner bottle full

Open the machine and to the right under the drum you should see the the black powder (toner) going down into container the right lower side  cover must come off. probably a service call will be needed
