SOURCE: Need to replace my Maytag the door is reverseable. Who makes those now?
The doors are reversabe they go from left hand open to right hand open. Just reverse the hinges, put the door fillers ( triangle shape go toward the front. Remove the plug put it in the other sidel. Now take the metal door strke and put it on the other side, Then take the filler from on side and put it on the other side. Takes 10 to 15 minutes to make the change.
No need to purchase another door!

This sounds like the transportation support rods have not been removed. A new machine will have two or more steel rods supporting the drum to prevent damage during transportation. These rods MUST be removed before the machine is used, otherwise the dampers that prevent excessive vibration will not be effective.
The user manual should provide instruictions for removal of the rods. They are normally accessed from the rear of the machine and usually will be labelled so that it is clear how to remove them. They pass througn the chassis of the machine and should be unscrewd and pulled out from the rear.

The F20 code usually means a washer fill problem. It could be low water pressure or no water pressure. Check that your water valves are open on both the hot and cold inlets. Check the hoses for kinks or damage that interrupts the water flow. Check for debris in the inlet filters and clean the filters. Some anti-flood hoses can close their internal valve if the water pressure builds up. This could cause the machine to see no water pressure. What is your water pressure (it should be above 10 psi)? If you have a water well, this could could give low water pressure to the washer and trigger the error.
Replace the hoses if needed. If you have a High Efficiency washer, make sure to use HE detergent. Excess suds could cause the incoming water flow to be judged as low.

I hope this helps.
