to what device? unstated and matters big time. BT head phones?
first is , it must have Bluetooth, most didn't then.

then the HP Compaq driver is missing for it.
HP has it , if you download it.
the #1 cause of Bluetooth software driver failure is upgrading the unstated OS and there is no driver for that OS. (w7 to 10?)
what OS does your 57 run?
it came with windows 7, is that it?
the 57-100 PC has this driver.(Wild guess, no PC full P/N stated)
worse yet they offered 2 BT cards seen here(network drivers)
(what I do , lacking hwINFO32.exe is look at the card first.
see what is there. make and model. the pick the driver.

There is one easier answer for Vista, there would be an icon in your system tray next to the clock that is Blue and looks like two triangles one on top of the other, but you may first need to deactivate hide inactive icons in your taskbar. To do this, right click a blank area of your Taskbar and choose properties, the resulting property sheet(s) should have a check box that lets you deactivate "hide inactive icons".
Next, there should be a Fn+Function key combination for activating onboard wireless (including Bluetooth) the blue icon on your function keytops looks like a vertical line with two radiating half circles on either side. Make this keyboard combination keystroke and you should see an onscreen display you can select with your arrow keys. If you see the Blue icon with two triangles you've got bluetooth, most displays have wireless plus Bluetooth in combination, select that. If you are not quick enough before the display goes away try again.
