You either have a bad battery, or a bad power supply that charges the unit (power cord). If you have a friend that also has a PSP, try swapping out the battery to see if that works, and or try another power cord to see if the charging indicator light comes on. I think that possibly your battery is dead and the power cord might be bad. You can find good deals for both the battery and cord on ebay. Good luck!
i think the dvd reading details are gone or the softwere. it not reading the dvd films ive recorded on it.is there any softwere that i can download on dis to reprogram the infomation back in to the recorder
what up pops, after u have your music on the computer, follow the instructions.
1. connect your new usb cable
2. go to psp settings menu and USB CONNECTION
3. go to ur computer
4. click on the start button go to MY COMPUTER
5. find the drive your psp is in (removable disk E: or F: or G:)
6. find a folder in ur psp called MUSIC (if u dont have one, make one)
7. Click on START again
8. go to My Music
9. Find the Songs that u want
10. Right Click the ones u want, go to COPY
11. Remember the folder we made called MUSIC, PASTE the songs in there
12. and VIOLA!!! the music is on the psp memory stick
13. to play them, go to the psp Exit USB MODE
14. go to the music section in the psp go to memory stick hit X Button and VIOLA AGAIN theres ur MUSIC
The psp firmware are universal which means it comes with english built in as well. to do this, under the xmb interface (where you just switch on your psp), move to the very left, find something like system setting, then find display language, will be allow you to set to english interface, I am sorry but I am not at french either.
