The problem is a small group of connections under the
center of the G.P.U. The only reliable Repair for this
problem is to have the board straighten if needed then the
G.P.U. must be thermally isolated from other heat
sensitive component's ie capacitors. Then re-flowed
to the main board and stress tested

Unplug power supply for a few mins...if that doesnt do it it will have to be sent in for service..I had the same thing happen and after getting service its better now
