Found this on the casio site worked fine on my ms-120TE
1. Press [AC]
2. Hold [SET/%] key for about 2 seconds until set and a 0 is displayed
3. Press [TAX+]
4. Input the tax rate
5. Press [SET/%]

Look for "RATE SET" it is usually located on the % button. Press and hold the button and when the display comes up just the press the desired rate then press "RATE SET" again then clear

Well I know to change the tax rate on the Casio HR-100TM you do the following:
1. Hold down the "SET" & "Tax+" buttons simultaneously until a 0 appears in the screen
2. Enter in your tax rate
3. Hit the tax button again.

It should be set.

So just 5 easy steps to change the rate

1 press the AC button
2 hold down the SET /SET % / button for a few seconds
3 press the TAX + button
4 input the rate /in your case 6/
5 press SET button again
And you are done. You can also check it - press the Tax + button and the current tax rate will appear
