WFT 2830 rinse cycle

Sorry but I have this problem with the above mentioned model and I can not find this model on this page......When the maschine is filling with water in the beginning of the rinse cycle; just before it is full it will stop and the lights will blink and a fault number will display in the window of the timer. I think it is F3. When I switch the maschine off by turning the knob and then back on again the water will run for about 15 seconds and then the wash mashine will work perfect

Bosch WFT 2830 blocks on the rinse cycle. No errors, no reactions on Start button. Mashine unfreeze only unplug then plug back elecricity power.

After that programmed cycle will continue till the end.

Plug off the wall. Check the inlet tubes into your machine (after shutting off wall valve) for any blockage or clogging, both ends of the pipes. Refix carefully with correct threading. Turn on before next wash fully; and after wash turn off valve. It could also be that your wall valve is not on fully when you begin your wash.

And dont forget to rate me pl.

SOURCE: After washing a load of laundry, a light came on

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

The E13 error code on the WFMC series Bosch washer`s refer to a drainage problem, as you may or may not already know. ( or in Bosch terms "pump time exceeded" )

What you may have is either a clogged pump, improper detergent being used, ( must use "HE"/lo-sudsing detergent ) hence suds not allowing a proper drain cycle, or wires loose at the pump...the later being the least likely.

You haven`t mentioned if you`ve checked the pump.

Anyway, here`s the most likely way to remedy a E13 code.

**Unplug the washer from the wall or turn off the breaker before attempting any repairs**

Get some towels and if possible a wet/dry vac. If the machine drained, it won't be too bad. If your machine is stuck full of water, that sucks...hopefully you won't get too wet. ( maybe you`re lucky enough to be close to a floor drain )

  1. Locate the round door on the front of the machine (about 6" in diameter, lower right corner)
  2. Find a drill bit or small screwdriver that fits in the hole in the round door.
  3. Insert the bit into the hole in the door. It will push in a tab, it doesn't take much force. Rotate the hole (clockwise) to 6'oclock and it should come free. (the edges are very sharp so be careful or wear chain-mail gloves).
  4. Once the door is out of the way you'll be greeted by a 3-4" plastic cap with wings so you can unscrew it by hand. ( you should also see a red ring with a string attached, if you pull this the door should unlatch, but getting the water out first is usually a good plan ) There is a small collector lip at the bottom of the cap, that is where you can hold the wet/dry vac to catch the water. Unscrew slowly so you don't get flooded, until it is unscrewed all the way out.
  5. Now pull out the trap and visually inspect the inside of the pump as well as the filter/trap. Hopefully you'll find the item/debris that initiated the error code.
  6. After removing any debris or obstruction`s re-install the button trap/lint filter and plug the washer in to power or reset the breaker and give it a test.
  7. Run a load and watch for leaks. Leave the pump access door off until you are sure you screwed the cap in tight and there are no leaks.
Ultimately you may have a faulty drain pump, but I would certainly start by performing the things I listed first.

Let me know if you require further assistance and if not and this solves your problem, please rate the solution I provided accordingly.

Thank you for coming to "fixya" and good luck.

DISHES ARE COMING OUT OF CLEANING CYCLE WITH A FILM ON THEM.

If this is a greasy film it may be your dishwasher needs a cleaning agent run through it This is a dishwasher cleaning product which you run through the maschine ON ITS OWN.If the film is smeary it could be too much rinse aid in the mix or excessive salt

Clothes still wet aftre drying cycle over

It sounds as if the wash cycle isn't terminated by pumping the rinse water out and spinning to rid the clothing of most of the water.
Most dryers sense moisture but I think they all will have a maximum run-time to prevent possible fires if the programmer fails to shut them down at the end of the drying cycle.
I would watch the machine and when it started the drying cycle, I would shut it off and check for surplus water that hadn't been pumped out as it should have been.

Descaling light on

Per Pages 9 and 10 of Keurig Model B40 Use and Care Guide,
1) turn off the "Auto Off "feature
2) fill empty water reservoir with 48 ozs of undiluted white vinegar.
3. Place ceramic cup on the drip tray and run a brew cycle. Do not use a K-cup!
4. Press the large mug Button
- let Keurig coffee maker fill mug with vinegar & empty in sink.
5. Repeat brew process until water reservoir of vinegar is empty. (remember to open and close lid between each cycle so large mug Button will flash.
6. Rinse the water reservoir thoroughly and fill with fresh water.
7. FINAL STEP RINSE CYCLE
a) place a ceramic cup on the drip tray
b) run regular brew cycles WITHOUT using a K-cup.
c) pour rinse water into sink each time.
d) repeat brew process until water reservoir is empty.
d) perform additional rinse cycles if you notice any residual vinegar taste.
e) if the red "De-scale" light remains illuminated after completing descale and rinse cycles, repeat the descaling procedure above.
Otherwise - you're good to go!
