The toilet tank leaks into the bowl and then refilling.

I have a Pegasus dual flush toilet with a top mounted flush button. After you flush the toilet and the tank fills up and then stops, you can see water leaking down inside the bowl and then, after little time passes, the tank refills itself. I played with the balcock valve, but I think the problem may be the seal on the flush valve and I have no idea how to work on that with this product. I tried to find ANY number for Pegasus customer service, but because it is a Mexican company (Sanitarios Lamosa), I am having zero luck. Any advice? It keeps leaking and filling up again with water.

SOURCE: Toilet Refills Every 15-Minutes

I have minute amount of leakage into the bowl causing mold to grow. I believe that it may be the rubber seal for the flapper body to the porcelain.

SOURCE: pegasus toilet tank will not refill

Most likely the washer came off and is stuck in the shut off valve or the float is stuck all the way up. Checkk adjustment screw in the top of the water control valve to make sure it is not turned all the way in.

SOURCE: Pegusas toilet.

I have the same problem .... I took it apart and found that there is not any screws, nuts bolts, washers .... what it is (was) is a piece of lead (like a sinker on the end of a fishing line) attached to the end of the cable, yes the cable, that hooks into the handle and into the top of the flush mechanism - that yellow plastic tube )the cable goes through it) I was able to take it apart and repair the end of the lead weight with a split shot sinker BB - is the size I used. I also had to deform and cut some of the sinker away since the hole it sits in, is small. When I went to Home Depot to buy/get a repolacement unit, one store told me to call the manufaturer -- Foremost and gave me the number, I lost that piece of paper now that I have time to call again, I was left on hold for 10 minutes the first time. 1-888-256-7551 http://www.foremostcanada.com/warranty.php
I just called and pressed a few buttons, waited 2 minutes, got a live person, she asked me what was wrong, I told her that my handle was just spinning, she asked for my model number 131-926 (found on the inside back of the toilet) when I purchased it (make this up, within this year ... and yes you have the receipt - she never asked for it, just that I had one!) she took my address down and gave me a client number .... tada!

My geberit model number 131.028 dual flush won't shut off with water and leaks into the toilet bowl

How old? Who installed? Any warranty? I'd follow that route first.
If not warranty I'd try to get the installer to be interested. Perhaps he will have a "red face" an help out.

Leaky Seal

By leaking do you mean onto the bathroom floor, or is water escaping out the flush valve (the part that the Hydroright is seated in) into the toilet bowl. If the former 1) check toilet tank mounting bolts/gaskets for deterioration or looseness. These are usually 5/16"x3" brass bolts with rubber, plastic, and metal washers with a nut. They can be seen protruding through bottom of tank. 2) check flush valve and rubber gasket between tank and bowl. The flush valve is the one that the refill tube goes into and the hydroright seats into.
If you are only leaking water into bowl I would suggest the blue dome gasket ( part of Hydroright kit) is not properly seated properly into flushvalve, and you may have to re-install hydroright (the instructions explain how to remove and re-install) . I broke my existing/old flush valve at the base when trying to install my Hydroright so maybe it was fortuitous that it broke and I had to install a new one. Hope this helps.

CAN THE TOILET BOWL WATER LEVEL BE ADJUSTED?

Not sure on that toilet but you can fill a water bottle with the desired amount of water and then stick it in the tank thus tricking the toilet to put less water into the bowl with each flush. If you want more water though I am not sure how to do it.

Tiolet not flushing right. Water not coming down the side of the bowl when flushing and 90 percent of the water is gone from the bowl.

1- Check ports out under rim all round bowl.

2-Check tank fill level for required amount to with in 5/8" to top of over flow tube.

3-Make sure 1/4" fill tube is connected to over flow tube. From fill valve to overflow tube.

Below is a few details to go by I hope will be helpful for you to take care of this problem.

Under the rim of the bowl check the ports and make sure they are not stopped up. You can open them up with nail or pin to clean out ports.
Next check tank level and make sure the fill valve has a line run from it to top of the overflow tube. This line allows water to goe to bowl and tank to fill required amount needed.
Water in tank should be within 5/8" to top of over flow tube.

Tank keep emptying slowing

Check flapper seal and alignment, there must be leak-by there somewhere.Maybe a piece of debris at seal area. If chain or whatever is used to lift it when flushed, is not slack enough, that will also cause leak-by.
