Do you mean the KX-TGE430? This is the base for the KX-TGE432, KX-TGE433, and KX-TG3634. To delete numbers from the Call Block, press the Call Block key (bottom right of the handset). Choose the single number or range of number option using the arrow keys. Press Select (a soft key - see the display). Use the arrow keys to highlight a number or block of numbers in the list. Press the soft key for Delete. Highlight Yes and press the soft key for Select. Press Off when done. Alternatively, after entering either the single number or range of number call block section, press Menu. Then choose Erase All. Highlight Yes and press Select.
The manual for the KX-TGE432 is available at ManualsLib: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1143858/Panasonic-Kx-Tge432.html . See page 24 for the information on deleting numbers from the Call Block memory. https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1143858/Panasonic-Kx-Tge432.html?page=24#manual .
I hope this helps.

I forward my office phone by dialing 72# and the number.
Your office phone may be on a system that did the forwarding, or you may have to CANCEL call forwarding (73#) before you can set it.
