Is getting to carb i can squirt gas in to the carb and it will run for a second then stop
1. Screen at bottom of gas tank clogged.
2. Inline gas filter clogged, not letting gas flow through (common),
3. Rubber gas line collapsed pinching off fuel,
4. Needle valve in carb stuck closed (common)

This unit has a fuel solenoid on the carberator, which opens to allow fuel to the carberator. Check to see if this solenoid opens while cranking.

You need to rebuild the carburetor. You can most likely find a rebuild kit through the manufacturer.

The pickup tube in the craft's fuel tank has likely worked loose and dropped into the tank. The generator lost its "straw" that it needs to siphon fuel through.

blow air back tru fuel line 2 c if it blocked if dat ok check ruber manifold 2 c if theres any craics cud b drawn air 4m there. also try pressureing your tank 2 c if starts if none probs needs rejetted
If the fuel bowl is full of gas the needle seat assembly may be at issue. Make sure the float level is correct. If set too low, the seat will close and not allow fuel to pass through. A carb rebuild may be in order.
What type of Honda is this? Not sure what an EX1000 is. Is it a motorcycle?
