Unplug. Press and hold power button 10-15 sec's then repower see if ok. Most tv's will go into standby if there is no signal detected.

The SMPS - power supply is critical of the generated frequency , load trip and high voltage. So if the power transistor has blown then you must check the reason for the failure before the new one is put into the circuit. Fault is with its main board itself. Check the horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the horizontal scan output transistor for leak. Contact any service technician.
